Refund policy

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

  • Item must be completely unused and in its original condition
  • Item must show no signs of use, wear or contact with sand, dirt or water
  • Item must be free of any odors, stains or marks
  • Item must have no cracks, breaks, scratches or physical damage of any kind
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged
  • Customer must provide valid proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Return must be requested within 90 calendar days of the delivery date

Failure to meet any single condition above will result in automatic disqualification from the return process. SandAway reserves the sole right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility upon receipt.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items showing any signs of use, wear or contact with sand, dirt or water
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior written authorization from SandAway

4. DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sandawayst@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may be denied at our discretion. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, SandAway will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.


5. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sandawayst@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery
  2. Include your full name, order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our written confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship the item only after receiving authorization from our team
  5. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping errors made by SandAway. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. SandAway is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return transit.


7. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Upon receiving your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the item within 3-5 business days. SandAway reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the eligibility conditions stated in Section 2. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.


8. REFUNDS

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method only
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
  • SandAway is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at sandawayst@gmail.com

9. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must complete the return process above and place a new separate order once the return is approved.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SandAway's liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the returned item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.


11. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection legislation retain all rights granted by such laws, notwithstanding the conditions outlined above.


12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

SandAway reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
