Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier conditions, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of SandAway.

4. FREE SHIPPING

SandAway offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.


5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available at this time.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. SandAway is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at sandawayst@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

SandAway is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at sandawayst@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sandawayst@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and item. Claims submitted after this period may be denied at our discretion.


10. DELAYS

SandAway is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.


11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

SandAway reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
